I was wanting a tub with a center drain and needed the pump and heater located in a certain place which was different then their spec sheet online showed. I called in and discussed my needs with the rep and they said no problem! It was an additonal charge but I was so grateful they could do it I was happy to pay. I called other companys and they told me that it wasn't possible. Comfortflo was the only company I could find that would accomidate my needs. Their factory staff was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable!
