I am a general contractor in Ramona California. I ordered a bathtub from these guys through Home Depot. The bathtub is everything I wanted and one of the owners of the company personally reached out and called me to confirm that the tub I was ordering was indeed the tub that I wanted. Once I received the Bathtub, I preliminarily filled it up with water and tested it as both parties told me to do, I had a couple of questions and reached out to Comfortflo, and they answered the phone and answered all of my questions. All I can say is great company, and great customer relations!
