I could not be happier with my tub or the company. Everything was exactly as promised and surpassed my every expectation. If you dream if having a private jacuzzi in your own bathroom, this is the deepest, widest, most cost efficient way to use this as part of my daily pain management. The company was wonderful to deal with and the product is truly the best choice I could have made, and I looked all over.
I have to start by saying customer service is amazing. We had a part that arrived damaged and it was immediately replaced. While on the phone with associate as was asked if I had a heater for my tub. He was cautious and didn’t want to come across as pushy when telling me about adding a heater. The heater was the best choice I could have made!!! I can soak in the tub for hours (and I do) without the water cooling!!! My only negative is that the oil rubbed bronze has come off my jets.
We are very pleased with our Jacuzzi tub. It is made very well, very sturdy and the makers of the tub actually called us to make sure everything was OK. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t see anymore.If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
